Can I upgrade my shipping?
Upgraded shipping is available at checkout. Please note that UPS 2nd day air and 3 day select does not travel over the weekends, nor can we ship UPS to HI, AK, VI, Puerto Rico or or PO Boxes.
Can I get a proof of my order before you engrave it?
Yes, though due to our production queue proofs are available by request only. This request must be noted on your order by checking the "yes" box for Proof on the product page.
All proofs are sent through our website. Failure to respond to your proof will delay your order.
If I buy expedited shipping, does that change my processing times?
No. Express shipping does not shorten processing times. Need it faster? A Rush option is available.
Can I change the text on my item?
Yes, we can customize and change the text. Each item is designed to order. Our listing designs - "layouts" - are set designs, using names, etc that you provide. A total custom design, however, may incur an additional design fee.
