Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order, or your order arrived damaged - please contact us within 24 hours of receipt!

No returns or refunds will be made on personalized items that have been completed according to your instructions.  It is the customer / purchaser's responsibility to check the order for typographical accuracy prior to completing checkout.  If you notice an error on your emailed receipt, contact us immediately - processing times can be as quick as one business day.

Items purchased without personalization or customization may be considered for return on a case by case basis if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery.  If your return is approved, you are responsible for return shipping - and a restocking fee may apply.  Any item accepted for return must be in unused / new condition.

Care instructions are provided / available for all of our products.  Failure of the customer to follow care instructions does not create a defect condition.  Products not cared for are not returnable.

There are no warranties for suitability of use, purpose or other.  Products are purchased as is.
