Shipping policy
Standard Flat Rate Shipping - This service is NOT insured. If the package is damaged or goes missing it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier. If you need to order a replacement for an item damaged in transit, you may be offered a discount due to the inconvenience. If you wish your package to be insured by the carrier in transit, please consider an upgraded service.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping will be delivered by either USPS or UPS surepost, depending on your location and distance from Atlanta. Standard shipping delivers in 3-10 days time. For Continental US locations only.
Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories and protectorates will be transported by USPS "Ground Advantage" or USPS Priority Mail (as selected at checkout) and are not eligible for flat rate shipping, or UPS upgrades.
Priority Mail - Priority Mail upgrade is available to our continental US based customers as a flat fee, or as a calculated price based on destination for other US territories. Priority Mail includes insurance - if your package is damaged or missing, contact us immediately with photographs of packaging and damage. Customer must retain all packaging for inspection, if requested, by the post office. Priority Mail delivers in 1-5 days depending on your location.
UPS 3 day select is an insured service, but delivery is ' 3 days best effort', meaning not guaranteed by the third business day. Our experience is that this service delivers about 95% of packages on or before the third business day. This is our most popular shipping upgrade.
UPS 2nd day air is an insured service. Delivery is expected in 2 business days. 2nd day air is not guaranteed, but our experience is that it delivers 98% of the time. UPS 2nd day air does not travel on the weekends. Example - A package shipped on Monday, should arrive sometime on Wednesday. A package shipped on Thursday should arrive some time on Monday.
